About / craft / systems / team
I like making the hard parts easier to see.
I am a senior 3D designer who cares about the final image and the process that gets a team there. The best work is accurate, clear, useful, and easier to repeat the next time.
The through line
My career has moved through consumer products, real-time games, licensed characters, collectibles, and 3D printing. What connects it is the same habit: understand what is true, make it legible, and leave the workflow stronger.
Product truth comes first
At ZAGG, I work with CAD models every day and turn design data into accurate, polished visuals for launches, e-commerce, packaging, retail, B2B, and campaign work.
A strong frame needs a strong system
I enjoy look development, lighting, materials, and rendering, but I also care about reusable scenes, visual standards, clean review points, mentorship, and fewer surprises downstream.
Real-time work keeps me honest
Co-founding Spellbound Studios means solving the practical problems behind a game: character art, environments, PBR materials, lighting, optimization, marketing visuals, and Unreal Engine implementation.
New tools still need judgment
I use Gen AI and prompt-driven workflows to explore and communicate ideas faster. Product accuracy, brand judgment, and final quality stay human-led.
The person behind it
The work matters, but so does the way someone shows up inside a team.
Syracuse, Utah
Competitive by nature. Creative by family.
Basketball shaped the approach
I played Division I basketball at Utah State and grew up in a sports family. Preparation, clear communication, and making the people around you better still shape how I work.
Design was always nearby
My mom owns a graphic design business, so making things and paying attention to visual craft never felt separate from everyday life.
Fantasy keeps the imagination busy
I love RPGs, fantasy worlds, character sculpting, and the slow work of turning an idea into something that feels like it belongs in a larger world.
The outdoors resets everything
I spent a lot of time near Yellowstone growing up. Nature, time outside, and protecting the places that matter are still important to me.
